to ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives.- **Prepare financial projections**under different forecast scenarios (CF02, CF05, CF09, CF11), Business Plan (BP), and long-term calculations.- Develop detailed, accurate, and reliable financial and operational **reports for internal stakeholders.**- Manage and **maintain ERP systems**: SAP & Essbase.- **Demonstrate strong knowledge of relevant SAP modules**in compliance with internal controlling directives (CD) and financial reporting standards (NIFs / IFRS).- **Lead and support Continuous Improvement Process** (CIP) initiatives, including automation and implementation of new technologies in daily operations and projects.- **Ensure compliance with internal and external audit** requirements, including proper follow-up and corrective actions.**Qualifications**- **Education**: Bachelor's or Master's degree in **Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or Industrial Engineering**.- **Fluent in English** (written and spoken).- **2-3 years of experience** in similar positions, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.- Strong **analytical mindset**, **results orientation**, and excellent **problem-solving** and **organizational** skills.- ️ Confident and **assertive communicator**, capable of presenting complex financial data clearly to both management and non-financial audiences.- **Excellent IT skills**: advanced **MS Office** (Excel, SmartView, Power BI), **SAP (CO & FI modules)**, and **Oracle solutions (Essbase)**.- Experience in **forecasting, cost analysis, and financial modeling**.- Strong collaboration skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.**Additional Information**Get to know more about how we work at Bosch and our new open positions on our social networks:- Facebook: Bosch Talento México- Instagram: Bosch Campus México- LinkedIn: Bosch México
