We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions that provide actionable business insights. This role requires strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, data modeling, and performance optimization, along with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and data teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports. Translate business requirements into technical reporting and visualization solutions. Extract, transform, and prepare data from multiple sources. Write and optimize complex SQL queries. Perform query and report performance tuning. Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data. Partner with business users and analysts to prioritize reporting needs. Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and consistency. Stay current with Power BI and data visualization best practices. Develop and maintain Paginated Reports in Power BI. Must-Have Qualifications Experience 5 years of experience as a Power BI Developer or similar Analytics/BI role. Experience delivering enterprise reporting and dashboard solutions. Technical Skills Advanced Power BI development experience. Strong knowledge of:



DAX Power Query Data Modeling Custom Visualizations Advanced SQL development and troubleshooting skills. SQL performance tuning and optimization experience. Experience integrating data from multiple sources including databases, APIs, and flat files. Strong understanding of data visualization best practices. Azure Experience Experience with: Azure Synapse Analytics Azure SQL Database Azure Data Factory Azure Data Lake Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field. Nice-to-Have Qualifications Data Engineering Exposure Experience creating and maintaining: Database Tables Views Stored Procedures Synapse Notebooks Understanding of ETL/ELT concepts. Programming Working knowledge of: T-SQL Python Other Skills Experience developing Paginated Reports. Prior healthcare or pharmacy benefit management experience.
