OVERALL OBJECTIVE
As representative in the Business Process Management (BPM) organization, you are responsible for supporting the accounts with defined commercial support tasks from pricing and preparation of customer accounts to management of customer accounts.
Position located in Tultitlán, Estado de México.
MAIN & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute commercial support tasks in daily work, including but not limited to offer price calculation and documentation, customer offer preparation, invoicing (CPU and / or kg business), credit & debit notes,



customer master data maintenance and clearance of overdue (credit and AR management).
Ensure the proper execution of adherence to defined processes in day-to-day work
Act as a central contact for assigned accounts / account
Ensure proper documentation for backup, process compliance and auditing (e.g. price approval documentation, contract review)
Provide backup support for other team members and accounts
Identify and drive process optimization initiatives.
KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in business or equiv.
English and Spanish Advanced
Customer handling, marketing and/or sales, preferrably in the chemical industry
SAP
PowerBI, Power Apps, Power Automate
