You will conduct market research, build talent communities, and deliver diverse candidate slates while ensuring a high-touch candidate experience. In this role, you’ll leverage tools like Linked In Recruiter and i CIMS, maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, and contribute to sourcing strategy improvements across the General Executive Recruiting Team.
