Actual LeónWhat will You Do?
- Lead and oversee the Engineering & Maintenance function for the site- Manage and develop a team of 9 colleagues (engineering, facilities, and technicians)- Drive a preventive maintenance culture to ensure equipment reliability- Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to Maintenance and Facilities- Manage external vendors, including site security and service providers- Participate in investment planning and CapEx strategy- Lead capital projects end-to-end (budget, timeline, execution)- Monitor and optimize departmental costs and KPI's- Champion a strong safety culture and safe working environmentWhat Are We Looking For?
Education- Degree in chemical, mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering,



or related field- Safety-first mindset- Strong leadership and service orientation- Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels- Collaborative, hands‐on, and results-driven approachExperience- At least 3 years of experience as Manager or Head of Engineering/Maintenance/Project Engineering- Proven experience leading capital projects and equipment installation- Strong people leadership experience- Vendors & contractors management- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance- KPI's management- Continuous improvement methodologies- Project managementLanguagesFluent in English and SpanishWhat do We Offer?
