Responsibilities- Administrative duties include data entry, daily phone and email communication- Responding to incoming calls and handling appropriately- Answer calls and accommodate drivers with repairs that truck or trailer needs on the road- Assisting drivers on the road with truck breakdowns over the phone- Organizing on the road assistance with vendors throughout the USProviding coverage for colleagues when needed- Various other support functions as assignedRequirements- Knowledge of tractor, trailer functions: 2 years (Required)- Basic knowledge of truck & semi mechanical functions: 2 years (Required)- Previous maintenance or breakdown assistance experience:
