**In your role, you will**:- Manage and deliver on time, engineering projects and activities related to major milestones for one of many existing and/or new platforms;- Manage cross-functional teams in the establishment of scope, schedule and budget of engineering projects;- Lead and coordinate technical Engineering Change planning, ensuring completeness and harmonization with stakeholders;- Enforce adherence to Bombardier practices and Knowledge Standards to promote integrity and consistency in technical engineering activities- Work closely with technical experts, business leaders, suppliers, and customer representatives to ensure adherence and compliance of projects scope, schedule, and budget;- Manage and establish engineering related priorities between projects and activities, complete strategic schedule analysis, and communicate and harmonize these priorities;- Identify and report on risks and lead risk mitigation planning and execution;- Participate and/or coordinate within the internal safety and security processes to assess, contain, and correct potential product deficiencies with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Prepare and provide visibility of budget requirement / resource allocation;- Prepare and present visibility reports for the various levels of the organization;- Coordinate Integrated Product Development Team (IPDT)
cross-functional reviews;- Coordinate and manage multi-site activities and remote participation as necessary;- Coordinate formal engineering document release (Drawings, ModSums, Compliance Documents, Service Bulletins etc..);- You have an Engineering degree, or relevant diploma with equivalent working experience, with 5-8 years in project management or aerospace;- You are familiar with Program/Project Management processes and principles;- You have sound aircraft technical and/or manufacturing experience;- Previous experience in structural and / or systems development would be an asset.
