Spare Parts Demand Planner Analyst – Automotive Industry
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Spare Parts Demand Planner Analyst to join our After‐Sales & Supply Chain team.
This role is critical to ensuring parts availability, forecasting accuracy, and operational excellence across our dealer network.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintaindemand forecastsfor spare parts using historical consumption, seasonality, and market trends.Monitor inventory levels to ensureoptimal stock availabilityand avoid shortages or overstock situations.Analyze dealer ordering behavior, parts turnover, and service patterns to improve forecast accuracy.Collaborate with the Logistics and Supply Chain teams tocoordinate replenishment , allocation, and safety stock adjustments.Prepare weekly and monthlydemand planning reports , KPIs, forecast accuracy dashboards, and inventory health indicators.Support new model launches and service campaigns by estimating parts demand and required inventory.Work closely with After‐Sales, Warehouse, and HQ teams to align forecasts, resolve supply issues, and improve service levels.RequirementsBachelor's degree inIndustrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics,



Business Administration , or related field.2–4 yearsof experience in demand planning, inventory planning, or spare parts management in the automotive industry.
Other industries will not be considered.Solid knowledge offorecasting models , inventory management concepts, and supply chain processes.Proficiency inExcel(advanced) and experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP preferred).
