In addition to the essential functions, the Finance Analyst will:Prepare thedaily checkbook reportto monitor plant manufacturing expenses.Provide analysis onLabor Utilization, expenses, cost improvement plans, and other financial topics.Ensure timely compliance with finance department requirements, maintaining ASAT files and related records.Prepare financial reports, records, and statistical analyses as requested, reviewed by the Controller.Actively participate inplant cost savings initiatives, system upgrades, and support for SPA projects.Collaborate with other departments to drivecost savings and efficiency improvements.Ensure compliance with applicableEHS policies and procedures.Performphysical inventory reconciliationsagainst ledgers.Analyze and determine causes ofphysical FA inventory variancesand monitor idle assets.Organize and conduct theannual HDM & Rings physical fixed assets inventory.Monitor and support all assigned finance-related activities.Ensure compliance withcapital expenditures and CRFA requirements.Prepare, package,



and file financial presentations for management and corporation as requestedBasic requirements:
Education:
This position requires an accounting degree, preferably or equivalent experience.Experience:
This position requires a minimum 5 to 10 years in financial/accounting experience.Preferred Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of accounting systems; experience withOracleandMRPpreferred.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to draft correspondence and develop financial procedures for HDM.Proven ability to prepare and maintain management reports, perform analysis, and recommend solutions for cost savings.Advanced proficiency inMicrosoft Office tools , especiallyExcelandPower Point , with the ability to create financial presentations and interpret bilingual managerial instructions.Commitment tocontinuous improvementand effective teamwork.Positive attitude, initiative, and strong problem-solving skills to perform job responsibilities effectively.
