Responsibilities
Responsible to implement, maintain and improve the manufacturing process, ensure technical availability of equipment in all shifts.
Fulfil Value Stream KPI's: IDC, FOR, Technical Down time.
New product introduction, equipment and process definition, acquisition, validation and installation on production environment.
Develop process and instructions for processes, write material to train technicians, and processes for maintenance: Preventive, predictive and correctiveQualifications+ 5 Years in Test Systems AreaAnalytical and skills for problem solving techniques.Statically analysis knowledgeAbility to work effectively in cross functional, and multifunctional teams.
In a integral environmentExcellent communication skills: Internal and external.Knowledge on Bench Top Test Equipment, including DMMs, high current power supplies, electronic loads,



various measurement probes and oscilloscopesExperience in the design, development, fabrication, assembly and test of power electronics or analog hardware, particularly focused on power systems and analog electronics in space environmentsHigh knowledge on IPC standards IPC-A-610Preference bilingual English-Spanish 75%.
