Business Analyst
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support one of our clients in a hybrid work model during day shifts.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business requirements and translate them into actionable insights to support decision‐making processes.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate business needs and objectives.Develop detailed functional specifications and ensure alignment with organizational goals.Facilitate workshops and meetings to identify gaps and propose innovative solutions.Provide expertise in Business A&P; to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.Conduct impact analysis to evaluate the implications of proposed changes on existing systems and workflows.Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of solutions within defined timelines.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows and user guides.Utilize data analysis tools to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement.Support user acceptance testing by defining test cases and validating results against requirements.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.Provide recommendations to improve business processes and drive strategic initiatives.QualificationsStrong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and deliver actionable solutions.Proven expertise in Business Analysis and Business A&P; with a track record of successful project delivery.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to derive meaningful insights.Solid understanding of process optimization and workflow management.Ability to create detailed documentation and present findings to stakeholders.Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings to drive consensus.Capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines.Strong problem‐solving skills to address challenges and propose innovative solutions.Adaptability to work in a hybrid model and collaborate across remote and in‐office environments.Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and driving change.Commitment to delivering high‐quality solutions that align with organizational objectives.Focus on achieving measurable outcomes that benefit the company and society.Certifications RequiredCertified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI‐PBA)Equal Employment Opportunity Statement
