Zoi strives to bring the cloud to the Retail and Manufacturing industries with innovative solutions that deliver real value.We are also looking for support at our international location inMexico City and Ho Chi Minh City.What You DoFormat laptops and install necessary software and updates
Provide technical support to consultants on hardware and software issues
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems on laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
Manage and maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets
Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other IT staff
Learn and develop skills in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
Assist with the implementation and maintenance of cloud-based solutions
Keep up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends
Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholdersWho You AreSeveral years of experience in desktop support or a related field
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
Experience with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure,



or Google Cloud Platform (preferred but not required)
Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred but not required)
