We're looking for a Human Resources Advisor to join our team at our Apodaca manufacturing site.This is a dynamic role with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition across Mexico, combined with hands-on exposure to broader HR processes, including employee and labor relations, talent management, HR systems, compliance and continuous improvement.What you'll doLead end-to-end recruitment processes across Mexico, partnering closely with Hiring Managers.Source, interview and assess talent, building strong candidate pipelines and delivering a great candidate experience.Advise leaders on talent, performance, development and employee-related topics.Support labor and union relations at the Apodaca site.Maintain accurate HR information and support processes through SuccessFactors and other HR systems.Participate in HR compliance activities and audits, including IATF/ISO requirements.Partner with local, regional and integral HR teams to continuously improve our processes and employee experience.




What we're looking forBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.3–5 years of experience in HR and/or Talent Acquisition.Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly valued.Fluent English.Strong communication, organization and stakeholder-management skills.Experience with SuccessFactors, TRESS or similar HR systems is a plus.Exposure to labor relations, union environments, IATF ***** or ISO audits is highly desirable.A proactive, customer-focused mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
