**The role (full-cycle, inbound-led)**Own discovery calls, scope needs, close deals, keep the pipeline clean, and hand over smoothly to onboarding.You'll work mainly Americas, plus some UK/UAE coverage on early starts.




**Location & hours**- Remote in Latin America- Early starts as needed (9-hour day)**You (must-haves)**- C1 English (confident on Google Meet; near-neutral accent)- Nutrition or Personal Training background (cert or degree)- 2+ years full-cycle closing to US/UK markets- Serious CRM hygiene**What you'll do**- Work inbound leads; book, run and close calls- Rescue no-shows; keep deals moving to a decision- Send proposals within 24 hours; clean handover to onboarding- Keep the CRM spotless; revive dormant opportunities; ask for referrals**Compensation (USD)**- Base: $1,500/month- Per-deal commission paid on client commitment- Placement bonus- Ramp guarantee in the first two months- OTE at target: $5k-$7k+/month- Provide your CV- Provide a cover letter (recommended)
