**Key Responsibilities:Clinical Adoption- Implement therapeutic protocols in key veterinary hospitals- Position Dechra products as preferred treatment options- Support clinical decision-making in complex cases- Translate scientific evidence into practical daily use- Identify barriers to product adoption and propose solutionsMedical Education- Design and deliver specialty-focused medical training- Conduct clinical education sessions directly in hospitals- Participate in congresses and scientific events- Develop technical presentations and clinical case materials- Serve as a clinical champion for assigned therapeutic areasStrategic Relationship Development- Build trusted relationships with veterinary specialists- Identify and develop future Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)- Strengthen long-term clinical confidence in Dechra solutions- Manage scientific discussions with credibility and confidenceStrategic Account Collaboration- Contribute to account planning- Diagnose technical barriers impacting growth- Build account-specific clinical strategies- Support sustainable growth in assigned hospitalsEducation- Veterinary Medicine degree (DVM / MVZ) it is a must.
