This role is idóneo for someone with a strong background in residential design and proficiency inAuto CAD and drafting techniques.WE WILL REQUEST A PORTFOLIO OR SAMPLE PROJECT(S) FOR THE SCREENING PROCESSTechnical Knowledge & Skills RequiredAdvanced English Knowledge: upper intermediate, advanced or proficient.Strong and verifiable engineering/architectural background and experience.Knowledge of design software tools such as Auto CAD.Ability to perform drafting, layout work, and straightforward calculations relative to all construction details.Prepare drawings from supplied plans and sketches.Provide timely updates for drawing completion and workload.Experience and proficiency in drafting and using Autodesk Auto CAD for drawings.Soft Skills RequiredProfessionalism: Professional attitude and ethical behavior.Communication: Solid written and verbal communication skills.Teamwork orientation: Ability to communicate and convey information between expert teams.Organization skills and attention to detail: Ability to self-organize given activities and keep a thorough record of tasks, pointers, and process updates.Prioritization skills: Ability to identify, establish, and assign priorities.Compliance:
