Trading from North America: Trade US markets from your local time — the NYSE opens at 8:30am CT and closes mid-afternoon.
Trading from elsewhere in North America gives you near-perfect overlap with US markets — same or adjacent time zones, same trading day, no schedule gymnastics.

What you will do: Trade equities and options within defined risk parameters Follow a structured, rules-based risk management approach Build consistency and scale capital based on performance Why options: Options allow traders to define risk, hedge exposures, and structure trades beyond simple directional stock positions.
