Job Title: CAD DesignerLocation: Guadalajara, MexicoEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative CAD Designer to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-quality design layouts for delivery stations while supporting construction, engineering, and cross-functional partners.
You will play a key part in delivering safe, efficient, and scalable facility designs that meet both current operational needs and future growth initiatives.Key Responsibilities• Design DevelopmentProduce detailed CAD drawings for delivery station layouts, including equipment, workspaces, and infrastructure.Apply current design standards and incorporate upcoming design initiatives into all drawing sets.
• CollaborationPartner with Design Engineers, fellow CAD Drafters, World Wide Engineering (WWE), Pre-Construction, Construction, external architects, MHE vendors, and Launch Execution teams.Ensure design packages are complete, accurate, and approved on time.
• Stakeholder EngagementCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders on permit sets, structural drawings, elevations, and floorplans.Address and resolve design-related questions in a timely manner.




• Quality AssuranceParticipate in design peer reviews and follow established design checklists and standards.Incorporate feedback from Design Engineers to deliver zero-defect outputs.
• Project ExecutionDeliver new designs, post-permit updates, expansions, and retrofit projects for delivery stations.Contribute to improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and operational capacity.
• Process ImprovementApply new design templates, safety protocols, and process enhancements to standard drafting practices.QualificationsExperience:1–3 years of experience with Revit1–3 years of project coordination experience1–3 years of experience in facility layout, manufacturing design, commercial, industrial, or structural draftingExperience with AutoCAD is a strong bonusTechnical Skills:Proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD Architecture within a design, civil, construction, or architectural environmentIntermediate proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and BluebeamEducation:Associate's Degree in a relevant field (Architecture, Engineering, Drafting, or similar)Soft Skills:Strong project management abilities with a track record of meeting deadlines and managing prioritiesDetail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and facilitate design discussions
