Supervise hourly material handling employees to support production. Manage line-side inventory replenishment and equipment operation. Report on area safety, quality, and throughput. Partner with union leadership on workforce issues. Enforce PIV safety and preventive maintenance standards. Drive Lean/SIS implementation and staff performance. EDUCATION: Minimum: Engineer degree (Industrial / Logistics/ Supply Chain) Preferred: Experience (1-2+ years) in warehouse/plant logistics Bonus: Certifications (forklift, safety, supply chain)
