Responsibilities Vendor Management— Daily management of DSP vendors' operational performance Site Visits— Conduct regular on-site visits to vendor facilities to ensure smooth operations Improvement Tracking— Follow up on vendor improvement plans KPI Monitoring— Monitor core KPIs, promptly identify anomalies, and drive vendors to achieve and optimize key operational metrics Coverage Optimization— Assist with vendor coverage adjustments and optimization, including route modifications Contract Management— Negotiate and confirm pricing, capacity, coverage, and contract renewals Requirements Associate degree or above Major in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred 1+ years of experience with last-mile vendor operations management Strong data analysis and on-site management skills Proficient in Excel #J-18808-Ljbffr
