We are currently looking for talent for the position of **Junior Corporate Lawyer**.**Main Responsibilities:** · Documentary management and control.· Legal research, including analysis of legislation and the search for jurisprudential criteria.· Procedures and procedures before government institutions.· Attention and follow-up to requests from authorities.· Preparation of corporate documentation, including board sessions, minutes and meetings.· Preparation,



review and negotiation of civil and commercial contracts.· Support on issues related to Personal Data Protection (Data Privacy).**Profile we are looking for:** · Completed law degree.· 1-2 years of professional experience in Corporate Law.· Intermediate-advanced English.· Excellent oral and written communication skills· Capacity for legal analysis and attention to detail.· Ease of establishing effective working relationships and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.· Organization, proactivity and results-orientation.
