We are seeking a highly skilled Workday SCM Consultant to join a strategic enterprise transformation initiative. This role requires hands-on experience with Workday Supply Chain Management solutions and the ability to support complex client environments with advanced configurations and business processes.
Key Responsibilities Configure, support, and optimize Workday SCM modules, including: Procurement Inventory Management Strategic Sourcing Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions. Partner with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and recommend process improvements. Support system testing, documentation, and deployment activities. Provide functional expertise and best practice guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications 3-5 years of Workday SCM experience . Proven expertise in Procurement,
Inventory Management, and/or Strategic Sourcing. Strong understanding of supply chain business processes. Experience working in complex Workday environments with advanced configurations. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Preferred Workday certifications are a plus. Prior consulting or client-facing experience. Experience supporting large-scale Workday implementations or optimization projects.
