A single customs brokerage documentation error can freeze an entire general pipeline. For export-heavy companies acting as springboards to the U.S. market, regulatory compliance is a mandatory shield. We are searching for an elite Trade Compliance Director to protect our international logistics lines.
What you will do:
• Guarantee 100% compliance across all import/export entries, tariff classifications, and international trade treaties.
• Audit and secure core tax-exempt manufacturing credentials, specifically IMMEX, Anexo 24, and Anexo 30 frameworks.
• Manage strategic corporate relationships with customs brokers (Agentes Aduanales) and border entry points.
What you must bring:
• A flawless track record protecting and maintaining clean corporate IVA/IEPS and OEA certifications.
• In-depth knowledge of USMCA rules of origin and comprehensive foreign trade auditing countermeasures.
• Fluent English to seamlessly align local customs realities with global corporate legal teams.
