Your potential is our inspiration.Where You'll Make a DifferenceSupport the control, safeguarding, and management of regulated materials in accordance with applicable regulations and company requirementsMaintain accurate inventory records and authorized control books for regulated materialsCoordinate the issuance of regulated materials to production, quality, and creative laboratory teamsEnsure proper storage, handling, and traceability of regulated materialsSupport inspections, audits, and verification activities conducted by regulatory authorities, including COFEPRISConduct periodic inventory reconciliations and support inventory control processesAssist in the preparation, revision, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to regulated materialsSupport compliance activities associated with regulated materials management and regulatory reportingPromote adherence to quality, safety, environmental, and food safety requirementsWhat Makes You the Right FitBachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Biology, Biochemical Engineering, or a related chemical disciplineMinimum 1 year of experience in regulatory compliance, quality, laboratory, warehouse control,



or regulated materials managementKnowledge of regulated materials and chemical precursor regulationsUnderstanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality systemsKnowledge of regulatory requirements related to controlled substances and regulated materialsExperience maintaining records, documentation, and compliance-related processesProficiency in Microsoft Office applications; SAP knowledge is preferredIntermediate English proficiencyStrong attention to detail, organization, teamwork, and analytical skillsHow Would You Stand Out?
