You will develop and coordinate technical information across RIBA Stages 4-6 and resolve complex construction details during live site delivery.Your ExperienceStrong technical detailing skills and live-site construction knowledgeDetailed working knowledge of RIBA Stages 4-6Experience producing coordinated technical packagesKnowledge of Building Regulations, Building Bulletins, HTMs and HBNsExperience in school and NHS project environmentsAutoCAD, Revit LT and SketchUp experienceClear communication with clients, consultants, contractors and on-site tradesExperience working with Architects, Building Surveyors and TechnologistsWhat You'll GetSalary of £55,000 - £65,000Option to work from home on FridaysFree car parking
