We are looking for a **Recruiter with proven experience in Telecommunications Projects** to join our growing team.

**- What You'll Do**:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for telecommunications projects.
- Recruit technical, operational, and engineering professionals across multiple telecom disciplines.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment strategies.
- Conduct direct sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, OCC, Boolean Search, and additional recruitment channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified telecom talent.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and deliver timely hiring results.
**- We're Looking For**:
**- Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum **2 years of recruitment experience within the Telecommunications industry.
