**About the Role**
We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals — **recent graduates** or **experienced professionals** — eager to grow in the fields of **international sales, insurance, and healthcare**.
As an **International Sales Executive**, you'll play a key role in developing client relationships and delivering value through top-tier insurance solutions.
**What You'll Do**
- Handle inbound and outbound client communications
- Manage international health insurance sales from lead to close
- Maintain strong post-sales relationships with clients
- Educate clients on insurance products, policy terms, and coverage
- Track and update client interactions and leads using CRM in-house tools
**What We're Looking For**
- **Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must**:




- Good level of communication skills in Portuguese, Italian, German, and Chinese, sufficient for professional interactions, is a plus
- Excellent **sales** and **negotiation** skills
- Strong **customer service** and **account management** abilities
- Background in **international business** or multicultural environments
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
- Bachelor's degree in **Business Administration** or a related field
- Experience in the **insurance** or **healthcare** industry is a plus
