About this Position The Planner is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply planning process, ensuring optimal product availability while balancing inventory levels, service targets, and cost efficiency.
This role, drives continuous improvement, and collaborates cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Operations, Procurement, and Commercial teams.What You ́ll DoOwn the supply planning process, including production planning, inventory management, and replenishment strategiesEnsure product availability aligned with demand forecasts and customer service level agreements (SLAs)Monitor and optimize inventory levels, minimizing excess and obsolescence while avoiding stockoutsCollaborate closely with Demand Planning to align on forecasts and manage demand-supply gapsPartner with Manufacturing, Procurement, and Logistics to ensure feasible and efficient supply plansIdentify risks and constraints in the supply chain and proactively implement mitigation plansDrive continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes, systems, and toolsLead S&OP; (Sales & Operations Planning) supply review meetings and provide insights for decision-makingTrack and report key KPIs such as service level, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, and plan adherenceEnsure data accuracy and integrity in planning systems (e.g.,
