Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with Personal Injury case files from intake through resolution.
- Support and manage negotiation files, including preparing demand packages and documentation.
- Maintain and update case information in case management software.
- Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls via designated phone line.
- Organize and maintain legal documents and records.
- Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and case tracking.
- Ensure all tasks comply with California PI procedures and timelines.
