**_YOU MUST HAVE _**
- _Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics _
- _Minimum 1 year of experience in quality engineering or quality technician roles _
- _Strong knowledge of quality control principles, inspection techniques, and quality assurance methodologies _
- _Proficiency with quality tools such as statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) _
- _Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and relevant industry standards _
- _Experience with ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle) _
- _Advanced degrees in Engineering or Quality Management _
- _Experience in manufacturing or aerospace quality environments _
- _Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies _
- _Strong analytical and problem-solving skills _
- _Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams _
- _Experience with precision measuring equipment _

- _Perform detailed quality inspections and testing of products and components to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.

- _Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for quality issues identified during production or testing.

- _Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to drive continuous improvement in quality processes and product reliability.

- Perform and lead incoming, in-process, and final inspections of components and assemblies
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T; requirements
- Utilize precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM, optical comparator)
- Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Supplier Quality teams
- Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives
- Support production team in day-to-day activities.
- Validate when defective material is reported by production team.
