As a Sr Cust Exp Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing complex customer interactions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for handling inquiries related to orders, shipments, repairs, and returns, while collaborating with various departments to resolve issues efficiently.

- You will report directly to our Customer Experience Manager and you'll work out of our San Luis Potosi location on a Hybrid work schedule.
_
- In this role, you will impact the overall customer experience by driving process improvements, managing order lifecycle activities, and acting as a key point of contact for customer concerns to enhance operational efficiency and customer loyalty.
**_YOU MUST HAVE _**
- _6 months to 1 year of customer service experience with a focus on complex customer interactions and order management.
_
- _Experience in process improvement initiatives and root cause analysis (RCA).
_
- _Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
_
**_WE VALUE _**
- _Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
_
- _Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle,



and proficiency in Microsoft Office _
- _Experience working in a multinational and multi-disciplinary team environment.

- _Strong analytical skills and ability to implement corrective actions.

- _Knowledge of customer portals and integrated reporting systems _

- _Analyze and resolve complex customer service issues, including order discrepancies, shipment delays, and product returns.

- _Manage end-to-end order processing activities such as order entry, expediting, change orders, and returns.
_
- _Collaborate with Technical Support, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Sales teams to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries._
