**Job brief**
We are looking for a AP associate who will be responsible for Accounts Payable for LATAM.
The resource needs to have good communications skills in English language and should be a good professional with knowledge of Ariba.
**Minimum Experience, Education, and Certifications**
- Graduation in Commerce / Finance.
- 1+ year of relevant experience
**Technical Skill**
- Basic knowledge of relevant accounting principles
- Problem-resolving skills and should be a team player
- Working knowledge of Ariba, MS Office and SAP
**Soft Skills**
- Knowledge of basic AP cycle
- Good communication skills (written and oral) in English and Spanish
- Team Player
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure Invoices payment cycle is completed on timely manner as part of Accounts Payables Team.
- Ensure Processing and completing activity assigned with All Green SLAs
- Ensure 100% accuracy in terms of processing.
Data tracking whether manually or in system needs to be captured timely.
- Timely response of queries to the concerned parties
- Taking care of all Audit requests on a timely basis leaving no scope for fall outs and escalations.
