We are currently looking for the right person to join our Logistics Department.Your Responsibilities Would IncludeMonitoring the daily status of units in transit (local and/or long-haul routes)Coordinating shipment scheduling with warehouse, transportation providers, and customersRecording and updating information in systems (ERP / TMS / Excel)Tracking loading, transit, and delivery timesManaging route incidents (delays, deviations, accidents, etc.) and escalating when necessaryValidating transportation documentation (bills of lading, invoices, delivery orders)Maintaining constant communication with drivers, logistics providers, and internal teamsSupporting transportation assignment and route optimizationPreparing operational reports (KPIs such as on-time deliveries, incidents,



etc.)Controlling proof of delivery (PODs)You Would Need To Meet The Following RequirementsUniversity degree and minimum 3 years experience in traffic, logistics, transportation, or supply chain (preferred)Experience in:route tracking and working with drivers (preferred)Customs ManagementLogistics processes in manufacturing companies, knowledge in Impo/ExpoShipment documentationForwarders follow upCustoms Broker managementFluency in English requiredWhy would you want to work with us?
