Design, Develop, Release and Launch seat systems or components through GPDS (PRE-PSC to J1)Manage Quality, Weight, Cost, and Timing (QWCT) for assigned partsAttend program-related meetings, including To4, Seat complete, EMMs, TDRMs, supplier meetings, and purchasing meetingsDevelop and execute seat system/component-level Design Verification Plans, support vehicle/system-level DVP, and ensure compliance with System Design Specifications (SDS) and Federal Regulations, including unique Export Market RequirementsCreate and maintain a timing/Gantt chart (PDP) for assigned parts and projectsMaintain prevent-recurrence actions, lessons learned, and required design rules, and cascade them to the Core teamCoordinate with Seat Complete, Seat Structure, Seat Features, Studio, Safety, Craftsmanship, VO, PVT, Supplier, Tool shop, Purchasing, Finance, and Program teams to ensure design intent meets all requirementsLead integration of seating components into the seat systemGuide vehicle-seat development from basic concept through industrialization and integration into the complete vehicleRequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related fieldMS Office expertise, including ProjectProficient English in reading, listening, and writingExcellent Spanish/English communication skillsSeat system or component-parts design and manufacturing knowledge/experienceProduct development and parts verification/validation experienceKnowledge of FEDE, ADS, FSMS, GPDS, E2KS,
