Coordinate the reconciliation of payroll accounts (e.G., bank accounts, tax accounts, benefit accounts, intercompany/dept cost accounts).
Prepare payroll general ledger (GL) reports, payroll payable requests, and journal entries.Collaborate with work partners in the resolution of pending reconciling items.Prepare summary and accounts reconciliation reports.RequirementsHigh school diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.Previous experience in payroll processing, accounting, or reconciliation.Proficiency in payroll software, accounting general ledger system (SAP S/4 Hana), human resources information systems (HCM/Payroll Oracle cloud), and Excel.Strong attention to detail, mathematical proficiency, and knowledge of accounting principles.Clear communication to explain payroll transactions or accounting issues to other skill teams (people not familiar with accounting principles).
