This role is office-based in Mexico.
The role requires professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
The Visual Designer is a major driver for the creative team, actively creating across diverse media and project initiatives.This is a multi-faceted and multi-disciplinary role that fuses exploration with execution.Visual Designers are focused on getting the work done, through execution, iteration, and delivering.This role builds solid exploratory skills while balancing the creative design needed to support the team's projects and initiatives.Primary AccountabilitiesCreate visual solutions for a full range of brand, sales, and product initiativesRevise and update designs based on existing work, and create holistically new designs following brand guidelines and standards.Execute across the full range of project types – print, digital, responsive web, presentations, etc.Gain exposure to additional project types with the ability to support others through creation of video (edit and motion graphics), photography, etc.React quickly and thoroughly to changes and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentBe a total team player throughout execution and final "launch"Actively participate in the give-and-take of an iterative design processEmpower yourself by providing active feedback to help streamline and elevate the work we produce and the process of getting it finalizedEnsure total quality of your visual solutionsFocus on supporting those around you within the team and Inmar at largeAdditional ResponsibilitiesPerform other duties as assignedRequired QualificationsBachelors preferably in design or similar field of study3-5 years of design experience; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position.Knowledgeable of design programs and what it takes to produce accurate, final files to various digital and print specificationsDemonstrated ability to work with existing brands and interpret artfully based on guidelines or previous workAbility to ideate conceptually and visually, and show the beginnings of a solid creative exploration approachGood working knowledge (experience) of design / production tools: Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.Experience with Figma, Premiere and After Effects a Plus.Solid knowledge of the tools that our sales channels and business owners use: Powerpoint, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Etc.Strong organizational and project optimization skillsWillingness to jump in at multiple points in the creative and production processDeveloping / growing prioritization skillsAbility to work on an ego-free, highly collaborative and cross-functional teamAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic corporate environmentStrong sense of humor and willing smile are also BIG plusesCurious nature and the desire to explore and learnFluent English speaker with excellent spoken and written communication skillsWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.If you need accommodations completing the job application, please contact at or call ************.
