One of our clients is looking for a strong, experienced Head of Operations to act as the CEO's right hand and oversee the company's day-to-day execution.
Your goal: build a reliable, scalable operational system that can support our growth to $50 M–$100 M+.
This role requires someone who is organized, decisive, excellent under pressure, and able to lead people and processes with confidence.Key Responsibilities
Operations ManagementOversee daily operations across supply chain, Amazon, Shopify/DTC, and fulfillment.Ensure products are manufactured, stocked, and delivered on time.Improve processes to reduce bottlenecks and increase efficiency.Manage and grow a remote team (currently 8 → 25+).
Handle hiring, onboarding,



performance management, and team structure.Maintain a high-performance, accountable work culture.System & Process ImprovementStrengthen and maintain SOPs, workflows, dashboards, and KPIs.Ensure communication, reporting, and follow-ups happen on time.Improve operational visibility for leadership.Amazon & DTC OversightOversee Amazon listings, inventory, PPC, and performance.Optimize Shopify operations, subscription flow, and customer experience.Finance & Performance OptimizationWork with leadership to protect margins and reduce operational costs.Identify problems early and propose actionable solutions.Ensure no revenue is lost due to operational issues.RequirementsFitness is part of your culture!
