Performs plant maintenance audits to ensure that all YF plant maintenance departments are operating as efficiently as possible, staffing is adequate, and maintenance is being performed correctly on the YF equipment by the plant maintenance teams.
Leads Hexagon EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) maintenance management software for the North America.
Including all day-to-day support, software training, continuous improvement, and trouble shooting.
Supports North American plant operations with various projects as assigned by manager.
Responsibilities: Lives in MX within 1 hours drive of any YF interiors plant Performs Audits of North American Plants maintenance departments for PM accuracy, PM Content, spare parts, manpower, etc defined by the North America Maintenance audit standard.
