We are seeking a highly motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Carrier Sales Representative to join our logistics team.
This position is responsible for developing and maintaining a strong carrier network, securing competitive transportation capacity, negotiating aggressive market rates, and providing outstanding service to both internal and external customers.
The adecuado candidate is a natural relationship builder who thrives on prospecting, making cold calls, negotiating,
and continuously expanding a carrier portfolio.
Success in this role is measured by carrier growth, pricing competitiveness, service performance, responsiveness, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities Carrier Development Prospect and onboard new transportation providers through cold calling, referrals, networking, and market research.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with carriers across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada.
Develop strategic partnerships that result in preferred pricing and reliable capacity.
Continuously expand the company's carrier network.
