CONTROLLER ? We are looking for a Regional Jr.
Controller to join our team and contribute to the financial performance and strategic decision-making of our regional operations.
? Main Objective The Junior Controller analyzes plant financial deviations and promotes accurate financial recording to improve performance indicators.
The role works closely with middle and senior management to provide complete and reliable financial information to the Plant Controller, supporting effective decision-making.
Additionally, the position provides support in activities related to the Controlling department.
? Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position • Advanced English – essential for the position • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel • Experience with SAP modules: CO, MM, and FI • Cost analysis and variance analysis • Profit
