What You'll Do✅ Lead, coach, and motivate a team to achieve operational excellence and exceed performance goals.
✅ Monitor and drive KPIs, SLAs, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.
✅ Manage performance, attendance, and productivity while fostering a positive team culture.
✅ Handle escalations and ensure exceptional service delivery.

and development plans to strengthen team performance.What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a BPO environment.
C1 English level required (spoken and written).
Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, performance metrics, and reporting.
Advanced communication and problem-solving abilities.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
