Work you'll do/Responsibilities The Senior Manager will lead healthcare consulting engagements end-to-end — from client development through delivery — while managing a high-performing delivery center team.
You are expected to contribute to the firm's growth and development in a variety of ways, including: Business Development Originate and close consulting engagements with healthcare payers, providers, and life sciences clients Build and sustain C-suite relationships; lead proposals, RFP responses, and orals Develop go-to-market strategies and thought leadership to grow the practice pipeline Delivery Leadership Oversee a delivery center (onshore/offshore), ensuring quality, utilization, and margin targets are met Drive project governance: scope, budget, risk, and client satisfaction across a portfolio of engagements Define delivery standards, frameworks, and repeatable assets People limited sponsorship may be available for this role based on business needs and applicable law.
