We are seeking a Learning El Dorado Golf and Beach Club , set at Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, México.
Full-Time | On-Site BASIC FUNCTIONS: The Learning and Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating strategies that elevate operational standards, strengthen employee skills, and foster leadership and organizational culture.
This role partners with division management to align development programs with corporate goals, ensures strict compliance with Mexican labor law and STPS requirements in training, and provides ongoing follow-up to DLC corporate Learning and Development initiatives.
By integrating business objectives with legal obligations, the manager guarantees that learning efforts drive performance, uphold employee experience, and meet regulatory standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:



Strategic resort pools and private cabanas; a state-of-the-art fitness and wellness center; private dining and culinary experiences; beach activities; and Discovery's signature Outdoor Pursuits program.
