About the RoleAs part of our Liquid Logistics Solutions (LLS) team, you will play a key role in supporting the sales process and partnering closely with Account Executives to drive business success.

✅ What You'll DoSupport the sales team by preparing quotes for international trade lanes, including spot rates, tenders, and rate matrices, in collaboration with Account ExecutivesGenerate and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reportsAssist in identifying new leads and optimizing the sales processCreate professional presentations for client proposals and meetingsManage inbound calls, route inquiries,



and maintain clear communicationEnter and maintain accurate data in internal databases and CRM (Sugar)Help manage and strengthen client relationships across OEC Group's portfolioSchedule and confirm client and internal appointmentsCollaborate with Operations teams to resolve rate discrepancies or explore alternative solutions Who You AreBachelor's degree in International Business or equivalent experience (recent graduates are welcome!)
