About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented Tax Preparer / Staff Tax Accountant to support tax and accounting operations for a growing client base.

English (C1 or higher)Key Responsibilities:Prepare federal tax returns:Individuals *****)Partnerships *****)S-Corporations *****S)Corporations *****)Import and reconcile trial balancesPrepare and maintain supporting workpapersPost adjusting journal entries as directedOrganize tax documentation and filesResolve diagnostics and system-generated issuesFollow firm procedures and standardized workflowsAssist with bookkeeping and accounting projectsSupport monthly and year-end close processesMaintain organized client recordsCommunicate project status and deadlines proactivelyWork closely with senior reviewers and leadershipContribute to process improvement initiativesSupport special projects during busy seasons Required Qualifications:English C12+ years of U.S. tax preparation experienceStrong understanding of U.S. tax and accounting principlesExperience preparing individual and business tax returnsERPs NeededPublic accounting experienceExperience with: CCH Axcess Tax, CCH Engagement, QuickBooks Online, Canopy and Monday.comExperience working remotely with U.S.-based accounting firms
