What You'll DoReconcile account balancesto ensure a smooth and timely monthly close process.
Manageincome, expenses, and commission trackingfor Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, and other teams.
Analyzemonthly P&L; and Balance Sheet variances , delivering actionable insights and reports to senior U. S. management.
Ensurefinancial accuracy and compliancewith U. S. GAAP and internal policies, meeting all reporting deadlines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain financial integrity and support business growth.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance,
or related field.
5+ years of accounting experience , ideally in a multinational setting.
Strong knowledge of U. S. GAAPand financial reporting standards.
Advanced Excel skillsand experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Excellent analytical and communication skills , with a proactive approach.
Ability to work on-sitein Mitikah, Mexico City.
