This role involves interacting with customers, managing incidents, and ensuring SLA adherence.
The idóneo candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in operations or support and a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science.
Knowledge of networking, cloud solutions, and ITIL best practices is also important.
