Position PurposeWe are looking for a Finance Systems professional with strong experience in Finance, SAP S/4 HANA, and business transformation to serve as a strategic liaison between Finance and Technology teams.
This role will be responsible for supporting finance systems initiatives, driving process optimization and automation, and ensuring technology solutions effectively support business and financial objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinance & Technology PartnershipAct as the primary point of contact between Finance and Technology teams for finance systems initiatives.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technology solutions.
Facilitate communication and alignment among local, regional, and global stakeholders.
SAP S/4 HANA & Finance SystemsSupport finance systems implementations, integrations, enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives within SAP S/4 HANA environments.
Provide functional expertise for finance processes and system solutions.
Identify opportunities to automate and optimize finance processes through technology.
Process Improvement & TransformationLead initiatives focused on process standardization, automation, and operational efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement across finance processes and reporting capabilities.
Ensure compliance, financial controls, and data integrity requirements are embedded within system solutions.




Testing & Implementation SupportCoordinate testing activities including SIT, UAT, Go-Live readiness, and post-implementation support.
Manage risks, issues, and action plans related to finance technology projects.
Maintain proper project documentation and governance standards.
Change Management & User AdoptionSupport training, business readiness, and change management initiatives.
Promote adoption of new tools, processes, and technologies across finance teams.
Candidate ProfileEducationBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience5+ years of experience in Finance, Finance Systems, or Finance Transformation.
Experience working in SAP S/4 HANA environments.
Experience with finance systems implementations, integrations, automation, or optimization initiatives.
Experience acting as a liaison between Finance and Technology teams.
Experience supporting transformation and process improvement projects.
Technical KnowledgeSAP S/4 HANA (FI/CO experience preferred).
Finance processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Controlling, or Financial Reporting.
ERP implementations and finance systems integration.
Functional testing, UAT, Go-Live, and post-implementation support.
LanguagesAdvanced or Fluent English.
ToolsSAP S/4 HANA
Advanced Excel
Experience with reporting, analytics, or project management tools is a plus.
