We need aD365 Supply Chain & Operations Trainerto deliver structured training for warehouse, procurement, planning, and logistics functions.
The consultant will work closely with operations teams to drive hands‐on system adoption.
Scope of Modules:Warehouse Management
Inventory Management
Procurement & Sourcing
Master Planning
Product Information Management (PIM)
Transportation Management
Handheld / Mobile WMS flows
Docentric (document templates)
Key Responsibilities:Deliver bilingual (Spanish/English) training across SCM & WMS areas.
Run Day‐in‐the‐Life simulations for warehouse and procurement users.
Develop job aids, SOPs, and floor‐level training materials.
Validate operational workflows with functional leads.
Experience Required:5–10 years D365 SCM/Warehouse/Production experience.
Strong knowledge of handheld scanner flows (WMS mobile).
Experience delivering functional training to operations teams.
Ability to map real-world warehouse processes to D365.
