Program Manager 4
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, International business, Finance or similar.
English 90%
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Minimum 8 years experience in customer service/program management.
Excellent communication skills, ability to handle a group of direct report employees.
Excellent negotiation skills, ability to talk and negotiate with customers.
Understands shipment process/methods and incoterms.
Manages: OTD, PPV, ECO, E&O;, Quotation Process, Action Logs, Yields, customer request and reports.
Flexibility (able to take calls/meeting out of standard worktime)
Able to handle customer visit/agenda, plant tours.
